Alle gesprekken binnen Gesprekstrainer worden gesimuleerd door kunstmatige intelligentie. De Gebruiker dient het volgende in acht te nemen:
De stemmen die binnen de Dienst worden gebruikt, zijn synthetische stemmen gegenereerd door AI-technologie. Het betreft geen opnames van echte personen. De kwaliteit van de spraak-AI is afhankelijk van de internetverbinding van de Gebruiker en de beschikbaarheid van de spraakprovider. Korte onderbrekingen of kwaliteitsverschillen kunnen voorkomen.
De door het platform gegenereerde scores en beoordelingen zijn AI-gebaseerde inschattingen en dienen als leermiddel:
Gesprekstrainer maakt gebruik van diensten van derden, waaronder ElevenLabs en Retell (spraak-AI), Anthropic (taalmodellen), Google (transcriptie) en Stripe (betalingen). PrimaData Automation is niet aansprakelijk voor storingen, wijzigingen of onderbrekingen aan de zijde van deze derden. Op het gebruik van deze diensten zijn aanvullend de voorwaarden van de betreffende derden van toepassing.
PrimaData Automation treft marktconforme beveiligingsmaatregelen om de gegevens van Gebruikers te beschermen. Desondanks kan geen volledige garantie worden gegeven tegen alle beveiligingsincidenten. De Gebruiker is zelf verantwoordelijk voor de beveiliging van zijn of haar Account, waaronder het gebruik van sterke wachtwoorden en het niet delen van inloggegevens.
PrimaData Automation is niet aansprakelijk voor enige directe of indirecte schade voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van het platform, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot gederfde winst, dataverlies of bedrijfsonderbreking. De totale aansprakelijkheid is te allen tijde beperkt tot het bedrag dat de Gebruiker in de afgelopen 12 maanden aan abonnementsgelden heeft betaald. Deze beperking laat de wettelijke rechten van de Gebruiker als consument onverlet.
Deze disclaimer kan op elk moment worden gewijzigd. Voortgezet gebruik van de Dienst na een wijziging geldt als aanvaarding van de gewijzigde disclaimer.

The voices used within the Service are synthetic voices generated by AI technology. They are not recordings of real persons. The quality of the voice AI depends on the User's internet connection and the availability of the voice provider. Brief interruptions or quality variations may occur.
The scores and assessments generated by the platform are AI-based estimates and serve as a learning tool:
Gesprekstrainer utilises third-party services, including ElevenLabs and Retell (voice AI), Anthropic (language models), Google (transcription), and Stripe (payments). PrimaData Automation is not liable for outages, changes, or interruptions on the part of these third parties. The terms of the respective third parties apply additionally to the use of these services.
PrimaData Automation implements industry-standard security measures to protect User data. Nevertheless, no absolute guarantee can be given against all security incidents. The User is responsible for the security of their Account, including the use of strong passwords and not sharing login credentials.
PrimaData Automation shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Total liability is at all times limited to the amount paid by the User in subscription fees during the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not affect the User's mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
This disclaimer may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended disclaimer.

Der Nutzer ist für die Sicherheit seines Kontos verantwortlich, einschließlich der Verwendung sicherer Passwörter und der Geheimhaltung der Zugangsdaten.
PrimaData Automation haftet nicht für unmittelbare oder mittelbare Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der Plattform entstehen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf entgangenen Gewinn, Datenverlust oder Betriebsunterbrechung. PrimaData Automation implementa medidas de seguridad conformes a los estándares del sector para proteger los datos de los Usuarios. No obstante, no puede ofrecerse una garantía absoluta frente a todos los incidentes de seguridad. El Usuario es responsable de la seguridad de su Cuenta, incluyendo el uso de contraseñas seguras y la no divulgación de sus credenciales de acceso.
PrimaData Automation no será responsable de ningún daño directo o indirecto derivado del uso de la plataforma, incluidos, entre otros, lucro cesante, pérdida de datos o interrupción de la actividad. La responsabilidad total queda limitada en todo momento al importe abonado por el Usuario en concepto de cuotas de suscripción durante los 12 meses anteriores. PrimaData Automation adotta misure di sicurezza conformi agli standard di settore per proteggere i dati degli Utenti. Tuttavia, non può essere fornita alcuna garanzia assoluta contro tutti gli incidenti di sicurezza. L'Utente è responsabile della sicurezza del proprio Account, compreso l'uso di password sicure e la non condivisione delle proprie credenziali di accesso.
PrimaData Automation non sarà responsabile per alcun danno diretto o indiretto derivante dall'utilizzo della piattaforma, ivi compresi, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, mancato guadagno, perdita di dati o interruzione dell'attività. La responsabilità complessiva è in ogni caso limitata all'importo versato dall'Utente a titolo di canoni di abbonamento nei 12 mesi precedenti. Tale limitazione non pregiudica i diritti inderogabili dell'Utente in qualità di consumatore ai sensi della normativa applicabile, ivi compreso il Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
La presente dichiarazione di non responsabilità può essere modificata in qualsiasi momento. L'uso continuato del Servizio dopo una modifica costituisce accettazione della dichiarazione modificata.
